By accessing or using the Delta mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Delta.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Delta, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Delta reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Delta for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, distributing malware, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
5. Referral Program
The referral program allows users to invite friends using unique invite codes. Referrals must be genuine and not created through fake accounts or automated means. Delta reserves the right to disqualify referrals that violate these guidelines and suspend associated accounts.
6. Rewards & Earnings
Users earn Delta rewards through active participation in the app. Earnings are calculated based on active session time and displayed in real-time. Delta reserves the right to modify reward rates at any time.
7. Cash Out & Withdrawals
Withdrawal functionality will be enabled in a future update. Users will be notified when cash out options become available. All withdrawals are subject to verification and compliance checks.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Delta app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Delta and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Delta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for data loss.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Mining is performed on our secure external servers. This app is for account management and monitoring only.
